The purpose of  the court is to provide a forum for citizens to have their matters heard in a fair, efficient, and timely manner and to ensure due process of the law.

YOUR APPEARANCE BEFORE THE JUDGE

You will be appearing in court to enter a plea of GUILTY or NOT GUILTY to the charge(s) that are pending against you. You may seek the services of an attorney. You may request a continuance in order to hire an attorney by appearing in court on your court date.  The court administrator, cannot grant continuances over the phone or in person.

Court dates are the 4th Monday of every month, at 4:30 pm. Payment dates follow the same schedule, and may be made prior to court, between the hours of 8:00 am & 4:30 pm.  For the exact court schedule call 417-662-3600
