Seligman is a small, vibrant community in South West Missouri with much to see and offer. With a population of approximately 856 people, the incorporated land area is approximately sixty five square miles.
Seligman is located 2 miles North of the Arkansas state line in Barry County along Hwy 37

Winter is a perfect time to spend time in the Ozarks. Many people enjoy activities like hunting, fishing, hiking, and bird watching. Bald eagles hibernate in this area in November. As of fall 2003, the number of mating couples are increasing. The abundance of wildlife, clean land and water, and open plains of this area are ideal for supporting this most precious of American Symbols.
